Which app should you choose?

If it doesn’t work

• The picture freezes at peak hours

  In the evening, the whole household is on the wifi at once and the connection struggles. Move the box closer to the router, switch to the 5 GHz network if your router offers one, or plug in an Ethernet cable: it’s the most effective remedy. Restart the box from time to time too. If one channel cuts out while the rest work, switch channels and come back to it. And if the freezing persists on a stable connection, write to us on WhatsApp: we’ll check on the server side.

• Your credentials are rejected

  Nine times out of ten, it’s a typo: a space picked up while copying, a zero mistaken for the letter O, an incomplete URL. Copy the three fields exactly as they appear in our WhatsApp message, without retyping anything by hand if possible. If everything is correct and the connection still fails, your trial or subscription may have reached its end date: ask us to check — the answer takes a minute.

• The program guide stays empty

  The channels work, but the program grid is empty? The EPG loads separately from the channels. In IPTV Smarters Pro, open the settings and run the EPG install or refresh. In TiviMate, the first load can take a few minutes: wait, then force a guide update in the settings. Also check the device’s date and time — a wrong setting shifts or empties the grid.

• The app won’t install

  On an older box, the Play Store may say the app isn’t compatible; and some IPTV apps occasionally disappear from the store for a while. In both cases, install the other app recommended on this page: Smarters and TiviMate cover the vast majority of devices. Avoid APK files found on unknown sites. When in doubt, send us your box’s model on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you what runs well on it.

• A VPN or Private DNS is blocking the connection

  If the app connects elsewhere but not at home, look at the network. An active VPN can slow or block the stream: turn it off for a test. On Android, the “Private DNS” setting (in Settings → Network and Internet, or in the connection settings depending on the brand) sometimes causes the same symptom: set it back to Automatic and relaunch the app. If nothing helps, write to us on WhatsApp with your device’s model: we’ll look at it together.
