Which app should you choose?

If it doesn’t work

• You can’t find the app on the App Store

  IPTV players sometimes change name on the App Store, and apps with very similar names coexist. Check the exact spelling, look at the publisher’s name and try a search variation like “Smarters Player”. If you’re hesitating between two results, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp: we’ll confirm the right app within minutes.

• The picture freezes at peak hours

  In the evening, the home wifi is often saturated. Move closer to the router, close background apps and, if your router allows it, switch to the 5 GHz network. Also turn off any active VPN: it can slow the stream. On 4G or 5G, turn off Low Data Mode in the settings: it limits video quality.

• AirPlay can’t find the TV

  The iPhone and the TV must be on the same wifi network — not one on 4G and the other on wifi. Then check the local network permission: Settings, Privacy & Security, Local Network — make sure the player’s app is allowed there. Restart the TV and the iPhone if needed, and prefer the AirPlay icon inside the player to screen mirroring, which is more temperamental.

• Credentials rejected at sign-in

  The iOS keyboard often adds a capital letter at the start of a field or a space after a paste. Re-enter the username and password slowly, exactly as received on WhatsApp, and check the URL character by character. If everything is correct and nothing loads, the subscription may have reached its end date: write to us and we’ll check your account right away.

• A channel cuts out or the TV guide stays empty

  If one channel cuts out while the others work, close it and reopen it, or try another version of the same channel when the player offers several. For an empty program guide (EPG): in the player’s settings, run an EPG update, then close and relaunch the app — the guide can take a few minutes to fill. Otherwise, report it to us on WhatsApp.
