Install IPTV on PC or Mac in 5 minutes

On Windows or Mac, watch your channels with VLC (free) in a few clicks using the link we send you on WhatsApp.

Step-by-step setup

Four simple steps — no technical skills needed. We stay available on WhatsApp at every step.

  1. Install VLC

Download and install VLC Media Player (free) from videolan.org, available for Windows and Mac.

  2. Open a network stream

In VLC, go to Media → Open Network Stream (or File → Open Network on Mac).

  3. Paste your M3U link

Paste the M3U link we send you on WhatsApp after your order, then click Play.

  4. Your channels open

The channel list loads in VLC. For a fuller interface on Windows, you can also use the IPTV Smarters app.

For a more comfortable channel grid and program guide (EPG) on a computer, ask us for the recommended app on WhatsApp.

Recommended apps

The most reliable players on PC and Mac.

All these apps are free.

Which app should you choose?

On a computer, start with VLC. It’s free, available on PC and Mac alike, and it opens your channels in two clicks: Media → Open Network Stream (on Mac: File → Open Network), paste the M3U link received on WhatsApp, then Play. It’s the fastest way to check that everything works at your place, and it’s plenty if you watch the odd channel on a spare screen.

VLC remains a general-purpose player, though: it shows your channels as one long list, with no categories and no program guide. You see the channel’s name, not what’s on now or what’s next. If the computer is your main screen, go for a proper IPTV player like IPTV Smarters on Windows: sign in with your credentials, channels sorted into categories, favourites, and a program guide (EPG) to see the whole evening at a glance. Ask us for the download link on WhatsApp: we’ll send you the right version, so you don’t land on a dubious copy.

Two habits make VLC much more pleasant. First, save your list so you don’t have to paste the link every time: Media → Save Playlist to File (Ctrl+Y), in M3U format; after that, a double-click on the file is enough. And think of the laptop when you’re away: in a hotel, staying with family, or on a trip, it’s the easiest screen to take along, and the same subscription follows you with nothing to reinstall.

Your access arrives on WhatsApp

After your order or free-trial request, we send your credentials (or your link) directly on WhatsApp. That’s what activates your channels on PC and Mac.

If it doesn’t work

  • VLC opens but nothing plays

In most cases, the M3U link was pasted incomplete or with an extra space — common when copying it from a conversation. Copy the link again in full, with no space before or after, then redo Media → Open Network Stream. Bear in mind too that a full list holds a lot of channels: give it a moment to load before deciding nothing is coming through. Finally, check that an antivirus or firewall isn’t blocking VLC. If nothing changes, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp.

  • The picture freezes at peak hours

In the evening, your connection is under more load and VLC’s default buffer is short. Increase it: Tools → Preferences, tick “All” at the bottom left to show every setting, open Input / Codecs and raise the network caching to around 2000 to 3000 ms, then restart VLC. If you can, plug the PC in via Ethernet or move closer to the router: distant wifi is often the real cause of the freezing.

  • It worked yesterday, nothing today

Two causes come up again and again. An active VPN can block the stream: turn it off and try again. Otherwise, test on your phone’s hotspot; if the picture comes back, the problem lies with your router or its DNS — restart it. If nothing helps, your subscription may simply have reached its end date: write to us on WhatsApp and we’ll check in two minutes.

  • No programs shown, just channel names

It’s not a fault, and nothing is wrong with your subscription: VLC doesn’t display a program guide (EPG), only the channel list. That’s a known limitation of VLC on a computer. The same channels show their schedules in a dedicated player like IPTV Smarters on Windows, with a proper program grid. Write to us on WhatsApp and we’ll set it up with you.

  • Playback cuts out when the TV is on at home

A subscription works on a set number of screens at the same time. If you start VLC on the laptop while the living-room TV is already streaming, one of the two streams may cut out: it’s neither your PC nor the server. Stop playback on one of the devices, or tell us on WhatsApp how you watch at home; we’ll adjust your plan.
