Install IPTV on the Amazon Fire TV Stick in 5 minutes

On the Amazon Fire TV Stick, install IPTV Smarters Pro, sign in with the credentials you receive on WhatsApp, and you’re away.

Step-by-step setup

Four simple steps — no technical skills needed. We stay available on WhatsApp at every step.

  1. Allow apps

In Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options, turn on “Apps from unknown sources”. This lets you install an IPTV player.

  2. Install IPTV Smarters Pro

From the Amazon Appstore (or via the Downloader app), install IPTV Smarters Pro, then open it.

  3. Sign in with your credentials

Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” and enter the username, password and URL we send you on WhatsApp after your order.

  4. Your channels load

The full list of channels and VOD appears within seconds, in quality up to 4K.

Recommended apps

The most reliable players on Fire Stick.

All these apps are free.

Which app should you choose?

On the Fire TV Stick, IPTV Smarters Pro is the simplest choice. The app is built for the remote: you move between channels, movies and series with the directional pad, no keyboard or touchscreen needed. You sign in through “Login with Xtream Codes API” with the credentials received on WhatsApp — no files to handle. You get the program guide (EPG), favourites and resume playback. It’s the app we recommend by default, and the one our support team can guide you through fastest.

Downloader itself isn’t a player: it’s the tool that installs the apps missing from Amazon’s store. The availability of IPTV players on the Amazon Appstore varies by country, model and period; when IPTV Smarters Pro isn’t listed, Downloader takes over. Install it from the Appstore, allow it under “Apps from unknown sources” (step 1 of the guide above), then type in the address we send you on WhatsApp: the app downloads and installs in two minutes. When a short code exists, it replaces the address — quicker to type with the remote.

To be upfront: an app installed outside the store can end up blocked or refuse to launch after a Fire OS update. Nothing serious — your credentials stay valid, and reinstalling via Downloader takes two minutes. On Amazon’s very latest models, only apps from the store are accepted: write to us on WhatsApp before installing and we’ll confirm the right player for your device. Finally, avoid players designed for phones: poorly suited to the remote, they spoil the experience on a TV.

Your access arrives on WhatsApp

After your order or free-trial request, we send your credentials (or your link) directly on WhatsApp. That’s what activates your channels on Fire Stick.

If it doesn’t work

  • The picture freezes at peak hours

Most of the time, it’s the wifi. Tucked behind the TV, the Fire TV Stick gets a weak signal, especially on the 2.4 GHz band, which is saturated in the evening. If your router offers a 5 GHz network, connect the stick to it. Otherwise, use the HDMI extender that came in the box to move it clear of the TV. The most stable option remains the Ethernet adapter for Fire TV, wired straight into your router. If the picture still freezes, write to us on WhatsApp.

  • You can’t find the “Developer options”

On recent versions of Fire OS, the menu is hidden. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About, select your device name and press the centre button seven times: a message confirms developer mode is enabled. Go back one screen: “Developer options” appears under About, with the permission for apps from unknown sources. Two minutes, and nothing irreversible.

  • The app won’t launch after an update

A Fire OS update can block an app installed outside the store: it then refuses to open. Your credentials, though, don’t change. Reinstall the player via Downloader — we’ll resend the exact address on WhatsApp if you no longer have it — then sign back in: your channels reappear. If the installation is refused on your model, tell us: we’ll point you to a player available on the store.

  • Your credentials are rejected

Nine times out of ten, it’s a typo: an O mistaken for a zero, a stray space at the end of the password, an incomplete URL. Copy the three fields exactly as they appear in our WhatsApp message, and check you’re on the “Login with Xtream Codes API” screen, not the one for adding an M3U file. If it still fails, send us a screenshot: we’ll check your account on the server side.

  • A channel cuts out or the screen stays black

Try another channel first. If everything else works, the problem is with that particular stream: report it on WhatsApp and we’ll restore it or point you to an alternative. If everything is black, unplug the stick for twenty seconds — its limited memory eventually fills up — then clear the player’s cache in Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications. In the vast majority of cases, everything comes back after this restart.
